Sagrada Família
The Sagrada Familia is the masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí and one of the most visited monuments not only in Barcelona, but also in Spain, due to its majesty and the meaning it has in the life of the artists.
It is well known because it is still unfinished, which causes curiosity to its visitors, as well as motivation to see it finished.
La Pedrera
Casa Milà, popularly known as "La Pedrera" is another great tourist attraction of Barcelona. It belongs to the naturist phase of Gaudí, when it was inspired by nature and its organic forms.
There are exhibitions combined with the Catalunya-La Pedrera Foundation, the owners of the building. In 1984 it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Casa Batllò
This emblematic building was a complete remodeling of the previous project. It mainly stands out for its front, the bone-shaped columns and the vegetal representations in which we see once again the naturist stage of Gaudí.
During some times of festivities, the balconies of the building are decorated. In example, on April 23, during the festival of Sant Jordi, the balconies are decorated with roses.
This building was also declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005.
